Terms of use

Rook Owner Alerts is provided for the Rook project owner’s private operating use. It is not a public subscription service.

Authorized use

The owner authorizes the Gmail connection to send Rook’s operating notices to that same account. The connection must be used only for this purpose. These pages do not provide public access to the Rook dashboard or a signup flow.

What an alert means

An alert reports an operating event or check. Delivery depends on Rook, Google, the hosting provider and network availability. Delivery may be delayed, fail or be repeated after an uncertain response.

An email does not by itself prove that every expected data point was recorded. Rook’s recording and recovery checks must be assessed separately. This connection does not place trades or move money.

Owner control

The owner is responsible for the connected Google account and can revoke Rook’s authorization in Google Account connections. The private connection may be changed or disabled as the project’s operating requirements change.
